1- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

2- CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I MAKE THE PAYMENT?

Team Cresta, starts working on your order as soon as they get it, so you are unable to cancel or change your order after it has been placed and confirmed. However, you can return or exchange it once your order is delivered to you.

3- WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

Crestaofficial.com only sells items in their perfect condition, but in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, contact us.

4- CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you are not satisfied with our product for some reason, you can always return it back to us within 14 days with the receipt, without giving reasons. Please note that items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within few days. The period of the payment to your credit card always depends on your bank.

5- HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery.

6- I ORDERED, IT HAS BEEN 24 HOURS. HOWEVER, I DID NOT GET THE COMFIRMATION E-MAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

7-CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you will have the option to enter a new shipping address.

Yes, you can see all of the updates of your order. To do this, go to the "my orders" section in your account. If you are not registered, check the confirmation email sent to you.
